TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to guests at the Inn on Balaban.
Deposit, cancellation/refunds
- Deposit of 25% of total reservation due two-weeks prior to arrival.
(non-refundable - except for documented health reasons such as accident or death,)
- Balance due must be guaranteed by credit-card or by full cash payment 3 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations must be made 3 days before arrival or full payment will be due if cancelled in less than 3 days.
- Refunds are eligible due to "Acts of God" such as floods, earthquakes, insurrection, strikes
Meals
- breakfasts and dinners (included)
- lunches provided at extra charge as off-site picnics
Note: Specific food requirements should be made known prior to arrival
Tips
- at the participant's discretion
Additional charges
- additional purchases for wine. alcohol, soft drinks or for optional services [Ex: helicopter rides, horse riding, special equipment rental or purchases]
Taxes
- TVA taxes are applicable at 9% for room charges and 24% for other charges
Insurance
Travelers should be independently covered for all eventualities (example: Lonely Planet coverage for trip duration)
